Contacted on instagram message by a lady named Mavis. After chatting, I provided her some personal banking and identity information, in exchange for monthly payments of 40k... She later closed 2 of my bank accounts under bank fraud suspicion. She had no answer as to why. She later opened up a capital one venture card using my identity and mailed it to my address and requested Video game gift cards of up to 5k. In order to activate monthly payment of 40k.. Mavis recieved $500 in gift cards allowed, untill maxed out on credit card. The card was later suspiciously closed under fraud alert. Mavis declined her part of the 40k a month deal untill 5k in gaming gift cards is completed. The credit card bill is now $615. Mavis does not want to pay bill. She is saying its my responsibility. Mavis also recieved $300 via paypal payments in order for her to use codes for invoices posted to my paypal account. And to send payments to random email addresses. Mavis also requested my IRS information and a pin code. I contacted IRS to file an identity theft case. Mavis later closed her IG page and opened up a new IG to contact me and she later said.... "The first instagram page was not her, its a fake, she would never request payments or personal information"
