Please do not use this company. They pose as a vendor from Microsoft office 365 and this number comes up to call: 1-877-618-6626 (which now does not exist). They say that they can help you with lifetime microsoft office and securities for 489.99. Yes on 4/16/17 my husband electronically signed the agreement form thinking they were recommended by "Best Buy" where we bought our computers as in plural...
I needed their help so just yesterday called for tech support. No answer. I looked up on the internet for their company and another company that is legit I spoke with the owner who shares the same name. He is now aware of this fake company and is reporting to the State. I went on to report this on reportscam.com and noticed there are other similar complaints filed against this company called Mavericks Solutions Inc. BUYER BEWARE...
