Business offered "Buy one Get one" offer for a bra with a return policy of money back guarantee within 14 days of receipt. I emailed them on 11/19 (3 days after receipt of the package on 11/16) and informed them that they had sent me two different sizes and that neither size fit. They sent me an email back informing me that I would have to send them pictures of this and pictures of the package plus courier details that it arrived in. I sent them the pictures they requested and they responded telling me that they will refund $11 and I can keep the bras. Total scam! Now I have paid $38.78 for bras I can't even wear and all they will refund me is $11?
