I ordered two bras from a company I saw on Facebook, which I have never done. I paid for expedited 5-7 day shipping, the product arrived 3 weeks later. Not only that, but the bras were so poorly sized and made, they fit nothing like the description. When I emailed customer service, they said they can only offer me 30% of what I paid. After declining and saying they need to give me an option to return for a full refund, they said they’d only give me 50% back, and keep their junk bras. Only after the fact did I go to their website, which has a few different spellings, and I should have known better at that point, but it was too late. I have been going back and forth via email with this company, but they’re in China (another regret). I want to scream from the rooftops to not order from this company! Good thing I’m only out $39.87, but it’s the principal. I hate facebook for this reason, and I reported the ad letting them know it’s a scam.

I purchased a bra from Maureenedd.com and realized minutes afterwards that it was a underwire bra instead of wireless. I didn't want a underwire bra so I tried to cancel the order by contacting [email protected]. They said that they already shipped it and cannot be canceled. I say to you again, I just purchased the bra 15 minutes prior to canceling. They sent me the bra 10 days or so later and I wanted to send it back but I didn't want to pay the $30 to send it back to China so I asked the support person at Maureenedd.com to send a

return shipping label. They said they couldn't and offered to give me, I think around 40% of the price I paid back to me. I told them no. I would like 60% of my purchased price back. They refused. So I told them I would report them to you guys. This Is the 3rd time I've been scammed by China. I'm done. I didn't even want the bra and now I'm stuck with it and they won't give me my money back. Please help me

I ordered from this company and received the wrong size. I sent pictures to them showing this was the case. They refuse to provide a refund or to correct the error. They negotiated with me to provide some money back or charge me shipping to return the product. I cannot do anything with what they sent. It was their error, yet, they expect me to eat the cost.

Saw ads on Facebook for bras for larger women, were advertized as buy 1 get one free. Ordered, paid through PayPal, received. I ordered 2 of the same model bras, different colors. They were not the same, they were not as advertised. They shipped from China. I reached out to return for refund. Per website, 100% satisfaction guarantee. They wanted me to send pix of shipping label of the products, tracking number, etc. I complied, they offered 30% refund. I said no 100%. They offered 50% refund or 100% refund if I pay to ship back to China. I fought but they will not budge. False advertising.
