i was emailed a bill stating that my norton antivirus would renew within 1-2 days, i had 24 hours to cancel. I dont have any personal computers as we only have work computers in my house, hence no reason for an anti security system. I called to cancel and they wouldn't provide me dates of initial purchase, last 4 of credit or debit card used, bank info, absolutely nothing. They wanted me to download something onto my phone or work laptop in order to concel. I will not do that since the email looks like a scam, no city state or zip code on the email, only address provided, so i had to look up the rest. They refuse to provide me with any information about an initial purchase or a reasonable way to "cancel" this account. They hung up on me multiple times and now have blocked my cell so i cannot find a way to work through this.
