I ordered one Rutgers tomato plant for $16.99, including shipping, and it was supposed to be shipped out by May 4th, but have not heard anything from the company and cannot contact them because they don't have a phone number! Or at least I cannot find a phone number that works! I would like a total refund and I want you to pan this garden center and tell people to avoid this scam like the plague!
