Thank you for your email and meet the need for house cleaning service, sorry for my late reply, my husband said we only need cleaner Apt that is sure you could handle, I am Alice Matthew and my husband's name is Matthew Noah, I am 7 months pregnant and also have a beautiful 8 year old daughter her name Angel and have been married for 9 years. My husband works for the government here in Canada and we are moving to the US (your city) from Canada on March 30th, 2023.. We are coming here to do some basic contract with a minimum of 2 years of contract with the possibility of extending the contract.
However, I need someone to help us take care of the house by doing some cleaning 3 days a week and you are allowed to choose any three days of the week that you want to do the cleaning .....
We have a US based financier and my husband will ask him to pay $500 up front before we arrive to guarantee your service, we are only looking for someone to do the cleaning at $500 weekly wage and if you have someone who can help you do the cleaning we don't mind but we still pay the same amount, in fact we should have paid for more weeks but we will extend the payment if we are satisfied with your service after a month or two of work. We need you to clean the apartment at least 3 times a week. The size of the bedrooms would be as follows according to the realtor: One of the bedrooms is approximately 11' X 11' and the other is 12'x12', but will not be a perfect square, so probably closer to 100 square feet; it comfortably fits a full-size bed, desk, armoire and dresser..... The apartment will be large with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Washer/dryer --1 full bath/1 half bath - this is exactly an apartment that we asked the realtor to get for us in your location, you will clean the house one day before our arrival if possible, The apartment is located in your city and you will not have to drive more than 15-20 minutes to get to work so you don't have to worry too much about that.
All I expect from you is complete honesty and sincerity. I know you will be committed to the job, you will also have a nice time working with my in-laws, the reason we are paying the $500 is because we need someone who can be committed to the job before we arrive so we would be %100 sure that we have cleaner waiting for us to start working and that is just the way we want it, Email us with the above information if you still want to do the job and will be back to you as soon as I can, everything as soon as you have received the above information and sure that you really ready for this job.
