Seems to be the same issue as John Shelton above... I received an inflatable toy - absolutely not what was ordered. The website advertises that they accept returns, but there is no info on how to do it. The contact page has only an address: https://freshyness.com/contact-us/
I ordered a garden dragon from them and 6 weeks received an inflatable toy and not what was advertised. DAVE THE RED DRAGON $129.95 . Their web page has contact links that go nowhere. https://freshyness.com/product/dave-the-red-dragon/ I have not found anyway to contact this company and what they advertise is not what you receive. I ordered two high quality weather vanes from a English company Stancesy.com, picturing dachshunds. On Stancesys contact page the postal address of Matte ECommerce CO, Greater London, England is stated.
Two months later I recieve two small, poor quality Border Collie vanes from a company 'Funpinpin' in Hong Kong.
I paid 188 dollars for these two, so they were absolutely not cheap.
I found the advertisment on facebook, which supposedly have no resposnibility for the companies they let trough.
This is a scam company. MATTE aka H*** ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED.
The UK address is a virtual office.

I ordered some shoes from Buffarea.com on July 17, 2020 (Order No. ********). I received a purchase confirmation immediately. My credit card was charged on July 20, 2020 for $91.97. (EFT PUR BUZZYLILY 071620 BUZZYLILY ******** HK 071524 $91.97).
On July 28, 2020 I sent an email to the "[email protected]" address and asked about the status of my order.
Here is their response:

On July 30, 2020 I emailed them again thanking them for their reply but stated that I saw my credit card was already charged for the merchandise, and how much longer must I wait. I received no reply to that message.
I believe that my card should not have been charged until the merchandise was shipped. I "Googled" the website and many "fraud" messages came up. Therefore, I am reporting this website as a possible fraud and scamming site. I would like to get my money back or actually receive my merchandise.
