On the Matsuru website, they advertised a fitness mat that they had on sale for a large discount. It was noted as final sale and no refunds. When I received the mat there was a terrible, stomach turning odor emanating from it. It transferred to your hands after handling it. I scrubbed the mat twice and the stench still remained. It is unusable. I contacted the company and they suggested that I just air it out. They also refused to provide a refund. Twice I attempted to leave a review to warn others, but those reviews were not posted on their site. It is obvious to me that the retailer knew of the issue with the mats, that's why the steep discount and final sale were applied to the product, and are not being forthcoming about the actual condition of the product.
