Place two Mapacho orders with them in November 2020.

The smaller package arrived, but the larger $130 order was turned around by customs and apparently sent back to them.

Sent them MULTIPLE emails over a year, every few months or so via different methods (through their site contact and by email address). Always provided more than enough information/tracking history/etc..

No responses!
Not one email from them.

Have ordered from them years ago, seemed fine.
But now there seems to be a change of heart for the worse..

Purely speculation here, but maybe someone there now feels like Westerners and Foreigners owe them for "taking" their oil or forgetting about South American culture - and we deserve to have our money "taken".

Either way, [censored]ty way to go about things.
Sad.

Matses herbs was once a real herbal supplier:( but now they just take your money and avoid emails. Even sent one email saying they would give me tracking number ? Never did. Lost 200 dollars- so lame - be careful they bless your family in an email and take your money

I am so mad! It's been two months and matses herbs just created a fake shipping label and then never sent anything! That site should be shut down! I sure wish I'd read these posts first! Use Alibaba instead guys.

I tried this website and luckily my credit payment was refused, I think my bank already has them in their spam listing! After this I found that tribemetses.com has the same photos, descriptions and products. They don’t take PayPal and I would not use my debit card as I know best to pay by credit for protection when PayPal not possible. Metsesherbs don’t bother answering me as my credit card refused to give the payment. I sense they are happy to get on with their scam business, as if legit I would of got a basic human interaction. I found them on eBay too and They did not answer my legit questions there either, but they had the audacity to send me a love and light and blessing message :O when I pointed out their shady handling and sacred “business”. No I would not trust them ! And I am not one to send reviews but yes this one is worth my time and energy... avoid metsesherbs.com and tribemetses.com and their eBay accounts too!

I gaves matsesherbs.com a shot and regreted it soon after, because I have yet to receive any confirmation of my order being shipped despite being told it would ship two days after payment was received. Its been 4 days and still nothing, and I have lost all contact with the site representative. I just didn't think someone would make a scam of something so sacred, but I guess its the "perfect scam".
