I ordered an iron bed online. It was supposed to be delivered by June 1. Mid June I tried to contact them by phone, email and form on their website. It took weeks for someone to call back from the cellphone # I listed. He said they couldn't guarantee when it would arrive. He said: "Craftsmanship like this cannot be timed perfectly." It is now mid-July and they haven't returned my emails and calls again. I received an email saying my bed would soon be shipped, but then I never heard from the delivery service. And again, I called, emailed, texted and filled out the contact form on their website. No word whatsoever. When I attempted to put a comment on their Facebook page, they took down all content so my comment was taken down. It has been a nightmare. I also contacted Wesley Allen Beds, as this is supposed to be their distributor. I never heard back. I reported fraud to my credit card company yesterday.
