I received a text from a 912 area-code number, claiming to be lottery-winner Manuel Franco. Supposedly, Manuel was giving out $50,000 of his winnings to random people, and I was to contact "the Agent accountable" at the 305 phone number or at the email provided, and include my "inquirer code" in my message. There is also a YouTube link in the message, though I did not click it. The message did not make much sense grammatically and many words seem taken out of context and used incorrectly.
