I order some clothes and shoes etc on 5th of June 2021 and I paid 50 dollars. I’ve never received my order or a refund. I don’t know what to do. Thank you so much

Scammed me for $55.47

I'm not normally gullible or easly scammed but I messed up and let my gard down. This sight along with many others came across my Facebook feed. I checked out there page and really liked what they were selling. I didn't think anything of it due to ordering numerous items from other online stores that came across my Facebook feed. I've always received my order, was able to track my order and my item's were shipped as accurate as the online store receive date said.

I should have looked for reviews and did more research but like I said "I thought nothing of it". After I made a purchase of $55.47 I continued to check there items out. I noticed there weren't any pictures or people writing reviews on there purchases but for some reason I ignored it.

After a full month of waiting for my order to be delivered, day after day trying to track my items I finally send them an email politely asking if they can tell me where my items are and a estimated delivery date. They had replied a week later basically telling me to relax an that my order had been shipped. It was very unprofessional and my second red flag. I sent email #2 regarding there lack of professionalism and wanting valuable answers to the questions I had ask. The reply to this email was answered within a days of being sent. They had apologized for there lack of communication and asked me to send them my order number, stating they would contact me as soon as my order was found. Another week goes by and still haven't heard anything, can't track my order and they changed the name of there sight.

I have been waiting well over 2 months for my items and sent 6 emails regarding it. I went back to the site and it's not up an running anymore. I'm extremely upset with myself for being so foolish. I hope these people are found and punished for there crim.
