Seller provides a tracking number through PayPal when the money is deducted from your account. Item is shipped and "received" per tracking number provided by United States Post Office. I did not receive the item. I contacted the USPS and they verified that my address attached to that tracking number was not associated with my address. Seller will not respond after multiple attempts to contact them regarding the incorrect tracking number. PayPal will not protect the buyer in a situation like this.

PayPals response:

We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.
