Payment made online via Apptics to Match Cosmetics. Never received and was charged, without my knowledge for the following 3 months. I had never signed up for any type of subscription. I tried contacting them at [email protected]. I lost $149.87.

Ordered body makeup in June. Said ships in 4 to 6 days. Never received product for wedding in July. Cancelled order. Received email that they would refund me. Never got refund of initial charge of $44.90 and then have been charged in July and August a charge of $34.99. Emailed company multiple times with no response. Cancelled my debit card and disputing charges with bank. Scammers for sure. DO not order from this company.

On June 4, 2025, I followed a link on an Facebook ad to order a cosmetic product from Match Cosmetics called “Body Coverage Perfector” in the color Warm Radiance. I was sent a confirmation email with the order number 92479. The email stated I would receive another email when the product was shipped. Shipping was estimated to take 4 to 6 days. My bank account was charged $44.90 on June 6, 2025 by MATCHCOSMETICS.COM 310-9131962, NM 87113. Since that time, I have not received any email or the product itself. Multiple emails to the company at three addresses have been unanswered: [email protected]; [email protected]; and [email protected].

I ordered a cosmetic product off their website, based on an ad. 1) They said "ships within 24 hours and ships using USPS from our warehouse in the USA". That was a lie. My order was placed on 12/27, shipped ~ 12/31 and didn't arrive until 1/19/25. 2) I ordered a "Match Cosmetics" foundation and received a knock off product (Barupt, which is on Amazon for one third of what I paid); 3) Their ad said "30 Day money back Guarantee...no questions asked!" . That is a lie because they are not responding to emails requesting a return.
