I was researching a Deep freezer online and the company MATASTORE had one for $84 dollars. I tried contacting the seller who never returned my email but the seller manage to quickly accept my payment but disappeared after my purchase. I never received or heard nothing else about my product. I'm having a very hard time trying to get my money refunded from the seller or ******[payment processor]  who was incoherent with this seller...I'm very disgusted people are using this Covid19 as a way to scam people who are just trying to entertain their families during this stressful moment. Not willing to order nothing offline anymore.
