If you walk into Sage beauty lounge in the mall, they will tell you to go to their website to book your appointment and pay a non refundable deposit. However after booking you are told you’re stylist will be at another shop 30 miles away called Masusu Kinks. Upon arrival the location is closed, doors locked and the numbers listed are not able to receive calls. She had been sued before and her response to customer reviews on google are taunting and basically laughing at the fact that we were scammed. She will book 10 appointments a day and take the non refundable deposit and then tell u she over booked or is closed and cannot render your service so they are making a lot of money online booking appointments for both locations that they have no intention of honoring which is why cuts her phone service off
