This company sold "Super Giant Mystery Boxes" from Amazon over purchases. The expectation was that I would receive a "pallet" of goods and I received 1 small box with an item in it that retails for less than what I paid for the "pallet". Attempts to reach customer service are met with "your package has been delivered" despite claims on the website that "we make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied".
