I just replied confirming receipt of the email and then received another text that said: Thank you ! I got your email your first assignment will be mail to you through UPS and I'll be returning on the 10th of July so we should be able to meet up for a proper interview two days later or whenever you are able to meet for interview after my arrival. I'll keep you posted. Always confirm receipt of my text to avoid misunderstanding. A few days passed and then I received another email which read:
Sorry for the delayed response as I'm glad to inform you that the UPS tracking number is now ready as promised even though it came a little bit late. It will deliver this morning and the UPS tracking number is: *********************** and you can have it tracked via http://ups.com to know the status of the delivery. The payment to be delivered includes your first week pay ($400) and the rest will be used for the purchase of some pre-designed artwork for the art gallery. I'll send you the list of the pre-designed artwork by Monday or Tuesday week as it's still in evaluation process in order to note and ascertain the necessary pre-designed artwork needed. I'll be returning on the 10th of June so we should be able to meet up for a proper interview two days later or whenever you are able to meet for interview after my arrival. Once payment is received, proceed to your bank and have it DEPOSITED (deposit can be done via ATM or Bank Mobile App as well). The funds will be made available within 24 - 48 hours by your bank and email back as soon as you complete the deposit so that you can be fed with more details. I also want you to send me a copy of the deposit receipt to my email for my record/confirmation. Please write back as soon as possible to confirm you received my email and understand the instructions. You can also text me directly (410) 648-4589. I'll be awaiting your swift response so do enjoy your day,
So after this was sent I replied via email and text saying:
I'll have to decline this position as this seems all too fishy for me and my bank account is closed due to this same check deposit thing. I am so sorry but do have a great day.
The fake cheque then arrived valuing $3500.00 which I did not deposit because it looks fake and since then I have not had any correspondence with Taylor Bastiste via email or text after letting her or them know what they are doing is very fishy.
