I purchased an item and it was never sent to me. Immediately contacted them and realized that the phone number was not working. I then went to their social media and realized that several people were claiming that it was a scam site. I emailed several times only to get a robot response back. I emailed them for a refund and again got no response. I wake up today and they charge my bank for a second time resulting in a total of $73. Apparently they have my card information so now I'm going to have to cancel my debit card. I've already contacted my bank but it's going to take up to 30 days for a refund. The site definitely needs to be put out of business because not only are they scamming people but they are authorizing charges that were not made by the cardholder. I did not authorize any type of transaction today yet they took it out of my account again
