the person called himself Alex he had an accent of either Indian or Pakistani I could hear others in the background as if it were a call center saying the same things to other people on the phone what the person named Alex was offering me was to lower my interest rate on my credit cards as a courtesy of being a good customer that pays on time he just needed some information like the last 4 of my social the last four of my credit card he wanted the whole number so I asked him to give me the first four numbers and he actually did of one of my credit cards he also asked me if I wanted to add any other credit cards to that offer also asked me for my billing zip code he also called from a local landline number that's about it I hope this could help someone
