I contacted the above home warranty services and asked what the letter was about for my Mother.. My Mothers letter says final notice. They were extremely rude when they asked me for a credit card and I said I didn't have one. The man argued with me stating he would red flag my account if I didn't produce one. Even went as far as to say "go borrow" a credit card. I hung up on the man.
