I placed an order of a product on the exact date,June 12,2020. It is now mid October. I paid $ 132.92 for an order of 4 sandals and 1 pair of tennis. Everytime I would contact them it was always your order is held up in transit, then it went to the order is on the way, this went on for months. Now the order has been lost in the mail. I received an email that said sorry for your inconvenience the order can't be found, but we also are out of those items. You can choose something else for the same price, but if you can't wait,we will issue a refund. So I emailed I wanted an refund, didn't get any response after that, so I contacted them. The next response I got was sorry for your inconvenience,we still can't relocate the package, but we will send out the order again. I responded which is it, you just sent an email saying the items were not longer available, now since I said I wanted a refund you all of sudden saying you will resend the items that you just said were out of stock. 1st of all,they can find someone else to play with. The original order was placed in June 12 [censored], do you honestly think I am going to keep playing games with you and place another order which will never arrive, and by chance if it did it would be 4 more months. Fat chance then. Just received another email today, again sorry for your inconvenience can't find the package, but will reorder.

This is what's been going on since June 12 the,they have no intention of sending the items or refunding my money,they are hoping I will just go away. No telling how many people they have done this to. Also they acknowledge they were paid.
