I am unemployed and was trying to find the website for Mass Health Connector. Google's top choice was "https://www.masshealthplans.com/" which looked like it might be what I needed. I provided an email address and phone number and was bombarded by 20+ phone calls within 90 minutes. I kept saying "I am not interested" as they were clearly trying to sell me something but were asking for PII. They have a Do Not Contact form on their website - I completed it. I called their phone line and left a voice mail telling them to stop calling me. They just keep spam calling me, I can't seem to make it stop.

These scammers pretended to be the MA Health connector, the legitimate state Agencey. they then sold faulty health insurance and took many personal details like social security number, which they said was necessary information. they then blocked my number when I attempted to call back.

I tried to sign my daughter up for a quote for insurance for Mass Health and she then received over 40 calls in 3 hours from multiple locations around the country. Apparently this is a broker site posing as Mass Health (although in fine print it says it is not) but now we cant get her off the do not call list and they sent her number to other brokers and its really out of hand. Also they automatically hang up as soon as you ask any questions. I have called this company multiple times! We need help!

several weeks ago I was looking into my health insurance in Massachusetts. I thought I was entering my information into a mass.gov website but once I was done I soon realized it was a scam. the website is Masshealthplans.com. Once I entered in my information I received about 40 missed calls from various numbers in NY. I have not lived in NY in almost three years. I would not have 40 missed calls from random numbers I don't know from Massachusetts let alone NY. When I called back they said they were inquiring about my health insurance application. by this time hours had gone by and I had already logged on to the correct website for my MassHealth insurance so I didn't need to talk to them and I asked them to please stop calling. They did not stop calling at all so much so in fact I could hardly use my phone for my actual personal business. I ended up getting nasty with the admittedly and that's when the guy on the phone said is this really my last name, the things he would do to someone with my last name and said really weird threatening things. again these people now know where I live. I ended up downloading a spam-blocking app, but it was rather annoying so I got rid of it and made it for only my contacts could call me. somehow they are still getting thru. they have called me multiple times today alone and when I call back and don't say anything they say crazy things so at this point they clearly are not a legit business. I have also filed a complaint with the Mass AG office today as well online. after the inital day of 40 missed called later that evening, someone also tried to Hack into my Gmail account. i also signed myself for the National do not call list. as well as the one on their website
