I had been to this location once before with my fiance, he had booked the apt. for $55.00pp. I called to check on the rates and appointment times since I had not been there in months. I spoke with the receptionist who told me it would be $50 per person and then if we wanted a couples massage it would be $5 extra per person for the large room, which would be $110.00. I clarified the $110.00 amount and was aware of no other amounts. She then said she had my fiance's card on file and would reserve through that, knowing fully well that we had been there before. We came in got taken in 5 min late and by the time they started it was already 10 past yet stopped at the the 10 of the hour so really a 40 min. massage. We came out to pay and were informed after the massages that the prices had magically increased to $200 total, so $100 per person. This is double what I was quoted over the phone. Mind you there are NONE of the actual prices listed for your reference when in the front except the $55 price. The front desk was short with me only tried to sell us memberships and did not care to hear my complaint so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager JESSICA was even worse, she had no interest in the issue and talked to me as if I was an [censored] for not knowing their prices, funny because I made the appointment over the phone and asked an employee. And then brought it to Jessica's attention that there is not one price listed in the front office of $100 massage, she still treated me and my fiance like we were [censored] and I have all the time in the world to research and try to find their rules, prices and practices. She also stated that it was the system and even if their employee was at fault that she could not fix this. This is also another blatant lie, she is the manager she has the ability to fix the system. NO BUSINESS HAS A SYSTEM A MANAGER CANNOT MANUALLY FIX WITH CODES AS TO WHY. FACT. Then Jessica contradicted herself saying that the notes stated $100 per person, therefore if the receptionist wrote the $55 pp, then she would correct this error in the system? "I stated so how did I get the $55 per person and info about the couples room?" Jessica was completely rude and made our entire experience stressful and unjust. Lastly our massages were certainly NOT worth $100 per person. I have lived everywhere from LA to NY and know what a $100 massage is like.
