A ad was on my Facebook talking about a Major sale for Massage Chairs,Now keep in mind I have ordered things in the past that have advertised on Facebook and never had any issues.So on Sunday Nov 26 2017 I had purchased a massage chair they took it from my debit card they gave me tracking number and said they would send more information to my email in a few minutes.Well it’s been 4 days and no email I went back on the site to try to contact them and realized there was no telephone number listed only a spot that you put your email in and they contact you they don’t

Also I did not realize they took more money out of my account they what the “total was” I didn’t find out until I went to go pay something with my debit card and it was declined So I called my account and discovered they took more money then I authorized.

It sucks the chair was not even for me it going to be a Christmas gift for my spouse.I feel so stupid I have never had issues ordering from ads on Facebook until now.Now I’m out of all that money and my spouse and I get screwed I busted my butt doing overtime to have the that extra money for Christmas,I don’t want this to happen to anyone else
