I originally ordered these masks on 11/16/2020 from a company named MASQD', on 11/21/2020, I received notification that products were delivered by USPS. I received nothing in the mail box on 11/21/2020, when checked. Contacted USPS (following Monday) to ask where the package was and they stated it was delivered. I spoke with the mail carrier and she could not recall any package delivered? I have lived in my current home for 26 yrs and have never had any issue like this happen with our mail. I contacted the Masqd' Company via email on 11/27/2020 to request a refund, which was denied, however a replacement order was offered. Despite being told it would be sent out, no product has ever been received. My credit card was charged for the full amount of $46.00. After trying to resolve this issue, something just did not seem right? I discovered that a total of 131 complaints; have been filed through the BB-Bureau of Los Angeles, which is where the address of said business Masqd', is supposedly doing business. Out of 131 complaints, non of the complaints have been resolved, due to the company not responding to the BB-Bureau complaints. The Masqd' Company has an "F" rating, this company has figured out a way to send something through USPS mail, to get the mail carrier to show delivered (like a piece of paper or a dummy envelope with nothing in it). THIS IS A SCAM!!! Now the company will file a claim for missing items and get paid again for the items that were never originally sent out. THIS IS SCAM!!! Be smarter than I was and do not order from this company!! You will never see product!!
