This website looks 100% legit, until you look at the information on making returns. I realized after my order had not arrived that there is no phone number or contact information for this company, which made me get suspicious. I received an email that my order had shipped a week after I placed it, with a tracking #, however, when trying to access the tracking number it says “courier not found.” When trying to research it further it takes you to another site which has Chinese writing, another red flag, as they advertise it was a company in the United States. With an address in England, then some of the wording on the website under returns, it’s obvious this is a fake site. However, through the ordering process it looks very real.I am disputing this w my credit card company and have emailed the company w no response. I have yet to receive anything and have zero way to track it and no way to contact the company which I was led to believe was a US company. Please get this website shut down it comes up first thing when searching for Ball lids. It so hard to find them right now I thought I was contacting the manufacturer-only to find out it’s a SCAM (and their website even has a scam warning on it!) very angry and hope others can be warned of this.
