I ordered a clothing item 9/15 and received it several weeks later. The item did not fit and I was within the return window. I communicated with them and they gave me the option of shipping back for a full refund or keeping the item for a smaller refund. I told them I would just keep the item and not pay for further shipping. That was on 10/21/24. Since then they state they have refunded the money which they have not, and I have checked my credit card statement frequently. I have emailed them multiple times and they give the same statement but they have not refunded me. They said on their internal system it shows they refunded my $59 but that is not the case. I have received nothing from the company. I think these type of scammer companies who give you the run around and don't refund your money should not keep operating.
