I purchased several face masks from Mask On on April 11. Shortly after I received an email from with my invoice and a method to "track my package" which I immediately saw was not active for tracking. I waited 2 weeks before I saw that the website was taken down and a new one with a very similar name came up selling similar products. They are now sending emails from different names and emails which I had initially emailed regarding my purchase. There is little to no information on who to contact or an address for the company. It initially said it was based in Los Angeles. The first website used the following email: [email protected]

I received another email from a Benjamin Stavini from the following email [email protected]
