The company that I bought the items from have sent me four emails from four different people. The first one was that they couldn't give me a refund but will issue another package and I can sign for it. The second email was saying that they did not know what happened to the package. The third explained that there logistics stated that the package was delivered and that the can only give me half payment of a refund. I am putting the believed tracking (which is not USPS tracking). I have asked for tracking so I can give it to the USPS and they refuse.
