Saw an online ad for cute sandals that were said to be made of high-quality material and had a picture. I received cheap, very low quality shoes from China with a horrible chemical/plastic smell. I wrote the owner and requested a return label and refund and was told I could receive a 5% refund and keep the shoes, or I could return the shoes but would have to cover the cost of shipping to China, upon which an inspection would be done to decide if I was able to get a refund.
