I took a survey and was offered one of 4 items with only paying shipping. I called the company this evening and was told that I had the opportunity to cancel within a time frame so not to be charged a membership price monthly of $67.32. I did not see anything at all about a membership or cancellation. I paid shipping of $ 9.97 for the item I chose. The lady I spoke to on phone last night cancelled my membership and offered 35% refund. That is very much appreciated, however she was also sending me an email that stated the terms and conditions and told me about the membership. I did receive an email but nothing that told me about the charge for membership. I truly hope that she did cancel my supposed membership and I do indeed receive 35% refund.

I feel that I have been taken advantage of and would like to see what I apparently did not see before I chose my item and shipping.
