I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped within a few days and to arrive within a couple of weeks of ordering. I paid for the item by credit card, which they charged immediately. So far, as I write this, I've been waiting for a month and a half to receive or even get and update on shipping from the business. The do not answer the phone, do not return calls, do not reply for emails,which is actually a contact form on their website (no email address appears on their website). I went to the ScamPulse.com website to find over a hundred of complaints about this business of similar problems. They take the consumer's money and don't deliver the product.

If only they were as quick to respond to my inquiries as to my order as they are to charge my credit card.

Update on complaint:
Finally received a reply from Jim Grieve after making a complaint on another website (Pissedconsumer.com). He claimed he never received the payment, (despite my credit card being charged) AND just to add insult to injury, made rude remarks that were completely uncalled for AND tried to accuse me of being the one to blame! I don't understand how this [censored] stays in business and gets away with theft and outright fraud. Isn't there a law against this?
