Placed an order off this website after reading raving reviews on their Facebook page. Amount was taken from my card and was provided with a confirmation of order email making it appear as though the item was shipped but upon further inspection noticed it said there would be a follow up email when the item had shipped to to which I was never sent a follow up email. Tried to reach out several times by email (they had no phone number posted) and Facebook messenger and finally commented on a post. My post was immediately deleted and I was blocked from the page making it near impossible to contact them. I have still received no follow up email.
