I made a purchase for a sweatshirt on their website that was never shipped. I can no longer visit the website through normal means, when I do eventually get on to the website and log in with the information I set my account up with, it says I have no purchases. May bank confirmed the payment to them already went through and I am not able to cancel the order. The phone number provided by my banks fraud alert department takes me to a completely different business, a spa in another state.
