This is a scam

My experience has been the same. I ordered in November thinking it would arrive in time for Christmas, but I still don't have it. After multiple unanswered emails and Instagram messages later, I'm certain this is not a legitimate business. I think we should all reach out to the NY AGO.

I ordered 2 paintings with wooden frames on November 13th, 2021 thinking they will make perfect gifts for Christmas to me and my husband’s parents. It’s December 30th, 2021. I’ve tried multiple emails, phone calls and messages via Instagram. I was blocked on Instagram from them. Never received anything from them. Not a single reply regarding items.

I ordered a paint by number and frame from this company that boasts is a small family owned company out of Manhattan. I received the frame over a month after the order and it sat at the international port for days. Obviously not from Manhattan. That was not a big deal to me until now. The painting has not shipped, my email correspondence is unanswered, and they do not respond to messages in Instagram. The phone number does not pick up and my account was charged 11/12 for the full amount. I understand business could be backed up, however, the absence of response does not bode well for me.
