Ordered then…. Nothing

I ordered a custom paint my number on Dec 3. Got a confirmation email and then… nothing. Sent an email to customer service on Saturday, Dec 18th looking for an update. Still nothing. It is now Christmas Eve and I’m out $40 with no communication and no way to cancel whatsoever.

I placed my order with this company on 11/16 after seeing this on Instagram and finally received a notification on 12/19 that it was shipping. Well like everyone before me the tracking number bogus and the phone number on their website just has a voice mail that no one ever gets back to you. This is the first time I've ordered something that wasn't through Amazon and I will never do it again. It was a $45 dollar mistake , to anyone thinking of doing this DONT. I'm going to call my credit card and see what recourse I have. If anyone has any advise please share

COMPLETE SCAM

I ordered from Martha’s Painting in early November and it never came. In addition, they provided a bogus tracking number that could not be found in any system. Do not buy from them.

Heard about this paint by numbers company on Instagram. Looked at their Instagram page, their website & their facebook page. I even posted a comment asking about shipping & they responded in a timely manner. Placed my order November 3rd, finally got a shipping notification at the end of November (even though they claim the entire process takes around 2 weeks) & my shipping information says the item is in China, even though they say that they are in New York. I've sent emails, sent messages on both Facebook & Instagram, & I get no response from them. I started leaving comments on their social media asking for updates, & they delete my comments within an hour of me posting them. I had a few other people respond to my comments (before they were deleted) saying they were having the exact same issue. I have reported their social media pages to Facebook/Instagram, but no action has been taken yet.

I saw an post on facebook from Martha's Painting claiming to be able to turn a photo into a custom paint by numbers kit. I purchased online on 10/6/21. I was charged and told my order had shipped and provided a tracking number. Tracking the package shows it has been sitting in the same spot in China since 11/3. I have tried to contact Martha's painting, but have only received one response that the package has arrived in the United States, even though tracking shows it has not. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and messages sent go unanswered. Many people on facebook are now complaining of not receiving orders.
