I saw an ad for this company on Instagram. I placed an order on December 9 for a custom painting to give to my daughter for Christmas. It never arrived before Christmas (which I didn't initially feel concerned about due to global supply chain shortages), but then I decided to follow up on the email confirmation to ask for an ETA for delivery. The email bounced back, which was the first red flag. Then I attempted to look up the website to see if I could find a contact phone number, only to realize there is no marthaspaintings.com--it doesn't exist. It looks like I won't be getting either the painting or my $38 back.

I too was scammed. I am very angry and embarrassed. The social networks must take more of a role in validating the authenticity of business that advertise while someone is on Instagram (or whatever) and have an advertisement stream through. I got sucked in. Hardworking folks in a hard time socially , economically and morally now out money and images that were not meant for [censored]bags to have in.their.possession (pardon my.language) very angry from Boston MA. I exchanged 7 emails with them. This is criminal. Why can't they.be caught or tracked?

You can file a report with the FTC about Martha's Painting. They dont resolve individual issues but your report will be entered on the FTC's Consumer Sentinel database. They also give you instructions on filing a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company. After being frustrated with this situation for weeks, I felt better that I was able to do something

I ordered months ago and haven’t received any tracking Info, the phone number is a scam so you can’t talk to anyone for help and they don’t respond to emails. Don’t order from here.

I put in an order on 12/14/21. $38.00 was taken out of my account. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my fiancé and I am very sad we won’t be getting it. The website is down now as well. I can’t believe this ):

Ordered on Nov 24 asked when I would receive, got email saying take 3-4 weeks still haven't gotten. Tried to email and now it no longer exists ?????????? REFUND

Placed order on 12.9.21 and like other stories they took my payment 44.00 US sent me a welcome to the “family” email with a fake tracking number from Shopify. Never received the package and now the fake website looks like it was taken down. Upset to say the least. On of my kids Christmas presents. Do not use!

I placed an order on 11/19/21 for a custom painting for my daughter in law for her birthday. They took the money and sent me a confirmation email stating my order was placed. I have been trying to contact them since and I have not gotten any response. I have been trying to track my package and they gave me a tracking # that does not exist! This company is nothing but a scam! Do not waste your time or money!

Placed order on 12/06/21. $52.25 was pulled from my checking account at that time. Received order confirmation by email. As of 01/05/22, I have not received the product or any more emails. I was today old when I realized Martha's Painting is a SCAM!

I placed my order on 12/2/21 and immediately received a confirmation email. I was supposed to receive my order by about 12/15/21. On 12/16/21, I sent an email requesting the status but received no response. Since then I have sent 8 emails and they never responded. On Decemner 20, I started calling and leaving voicemails to 2 different numbers (the one above and 347-903-4971). Both numbers went straight to voicemail and I left 15 voicemails and they never called back. I just now looked up their page on Instagram and they have changed the name of the company to Jodie's paint but everything else is exactly the same. Their website (marthaspainting.com) no longer exists but they now have one at "jodiespainting.com". I'm embarrassed that I fell for this so I'd like to keep other people from being ripped off by reporting this to,you. Thank you

My husband ordered a painting on Dec 12 2021 its now Jan 4th and never received anything. He's called and the number just so happens to be unavailable. Went on Instagram and found Martha's painting and the profile clicked the link and now it's Jodi's painting! DO NOT BUY! WE ARE OUT 100.00

Never received purchased product. No response from costumer service. This seems to be an unfortunate holiday gift focused scam. This as popped up on both Instagram and Facebook, seemed to have solid reviews. Turns out those were all likely fake reviews. In the last couple days the recent reviews have all been costumers saying they were scammed, never received their products, no response from costumer service, and that their review was only posted if 5 stars. As of today their website is down. And their instagram links to a different site, same pics and prices. So the scam seems to be continuing. Should have looked into this company more before my purchase. Thought it was a fun holiday gift.

Never received items (2)! Don’t order! My daughter was so excited to receive items for a gift she ordered 2 paint by numbers at $39 pc. So we waited and waited and waited! Nothing! Can’t get in touch with them by phone or email. Left several messages but no reply! They basically take your money! Don’t order from this company!

After seeing months of advertisement of this company on various social media sites, I purchased a custom paint kit in Dec 2021. This company has no working customer service number, has not responded to email support, nor have they provided any goods for the merchandise purchased.

I placed an order with them. I never received my order. I tried contacting them and there was no response. I looked on google and saw that many others were scammed by them.

I ordered from this company over a month ago and nothing was ever sent. I sent multiple emails, calls, and even DMs with no response. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered a paint by number for me and my husband for our 2 year anniversary. Ordered it on November 19th. Last time it “updated” was December 7th, it is now December 31st. I tried sending more emails recently and my emails got sent right back to me saying their email is a scam. DO NOT order from them.

I have ordered a total of 5 custom paint by numbers from Martha's. I did receive the first 4, but the 5th one is in the wind. Ordering from them is like playing the lottery...maybe you will, maybe you won't. It's a shame because the kits I did receive turned out fantastic, but they just aren't worth the risk. Order from someone that conducts their business on Amazon. In the end, Martha's is a scam !

I saw a Instagram advertising and after some researches and comparing other prices for this custom paint by numbers I decided to make an order on Marthas Painting. Also I was exited that their office is in New York and not China, so I thought that it'll be delivered earlier... So I place an order on December 12th, and today is December 29th and I have no info from them. I tried to call them, email them and nothing... I probably lost $52 and good thing that I didn't order bigger size and spend/lost more money... I thought that their Insta account looks weird - like 12k followers and 30 posts or something like that... But still made order... I opened Dispute with my bank so hopefully i'll get my money back. And the saddest thing that it was a gift and my first time I was scam! And I still want to order something like that for my friends but now Im scared to buy from another scammers... Hopefully lots of people who ordered from them will report Martas Painting and they'll be blocked!

I lruchased from the early November 2021, and I paid $67 plus a wood frame, is almost 2022, and I didn't get anything yet.
They stop even answering my emails and DM from Instagram.
I wish we could do something to avoid more scam from them.
It really makes me sad because I submit a photo of my little baby, and who knows who has my baby's photo now.
