2 days after I sent the money he was to hold her for 2weeks until I was ready for her to arrive, I asked for a recent photo.... I wanted to know how she was. He never sent it. Then I noticed my pup was still listed on the site. I had 2 people contact him and inquire about her in which he replied she was still available.
One person that lived a few hours from his address in Texas asked if she could come see the litter. He changed his location to Richmond VA.
He has 2 sites up that I know of. The one I entered above and Rottweiler-pups.com.
I connected through Google with someone that was scammed on the other site (same day as me July 17,2020) and scammed them for 950$
He goes by John Powell. I have requested a refund to him through Cashapp and several emails pleading for funds returned. He is still running both sites and replies to all puppy inquires still.
