I received a contract seamed legit so I sign and return than they wanted money sent to a phone or email address not related to the business name and nothing about payment on website , they can only arrange shipping of dog to airport by sending full payment well they have the full payment and now they don't answer their phone neither will they refund my money, now no contact number on website or any other way to reach these folks

I was ill with Covid and my kids recently lost their 15 yr old dog. I was to sick to go out looking for a dog, so I looked online. The website looks official and they also had a Facebook page. I signed a contract, paid $800,

The next day, I called PayPal, and told them I purchased a puppy from a woman in Georgia, and they told me it went to a man in Kenya. He hasn’t answered my phone calls or emails since, and his website is still up and running. PayPal said it is a scam.
