I found this breeder online to purchase a puppy. Breeder was very prompt via email to provide pictures and videos of the puppy. Sent contract to sign and send back. Provided a back account to wire money too. Once puppy was purchased breeder requested an additional 2000.00 for shipping but contract indicated that the cost included all shipping. Breeder indicated they would refund money via paypal but nothing.

Reported scam to wells fargo who is currently processing the claim.
