I purchased shoes from Marley Shoes website in early May. Two weeks later I received an email asking how my delivery was. I reached out and notified them that I had not received the shoes and would like them delivered or a refund.

I then received notification that my complaint had been "escalated". I have still not received shoes or a refund.

I informed them that I would be filing a complaint with this site, still nothing.

I don't want other people to be duped by them.
