I went online in search for a new puppy I found the one I wanted and contacted the seller she gave me the details and how much for the puppy $550 plus the $150 for shipping and insurance. She states I could pay using zelle from my bank be aware I never used it before so didn’t think it wasn’t secure since it was thru my bank bad on me. She sent me pictures of the puppy directly to me I was excited. So I sent the money and she said I would be kept in the loop but as the days went by with silence I finally reached out to her. She asked you haven’t heard from the delivery service yet she then said she would contact them. About an hour later I get a email stating that the paperwork she sent was invalid and they needed another $900 dollars that the money would be refunded. That put a red flag up about time right she kept saying that if they did hear within an hour the puppy would be held for 6 months that she didn’t have that kind of money she asked if I could pay at least half that It would be refunded at the delivery. So as soon as I told her that I am the buyer and I already paid for the insurance that it was her responsibility to deal with this. I told her to just refund me and she stated she would but of course that is not going to happen. I have no puppy and no money so to say I have been taken do not let this happen to you.
