The seller switched from emails to text messages and claimed a litter was finally available in August of 2021. The seller took another payment ($530) to provide a "Nanny" Airline Delivery. However, approximately 1 week later the seller said the litter died. The seller assured that another litter would come in October of 2021 but further contact was made until the purchaser contacted the seller in August of 2022. The seller replied saying another litter was coming in October of 2022. As no contact was made afterwards the purchaser contacted the seller again in December of 2022 and the Seller claimed they did contact the purchaser (Never Happened) and was surprised there was no response. They then offered 1 female puppy or an old male dog to keep until a male puppy became available or to purchase it along with a male puppy from a future litter. The purchaser declined the offer restating the payments (reservation, remaining of full price, delivery) were for a male puppy and that was all they were seeking. At the end of December 2022, the seller offered what appeared to be another female puppy and mentioned another litter but did not respond to the purchaser who asked for clarification of the puppy’s gender and the litter. In January 2023, the purchaser asked for a refund via text messaging and email but the seller has not responded.
