Market dream 710 took from me 500€ to deliver a Glock pistol after they asked me for other 500€ to deliver 2 glock pistols after i knew all is a joke they refused to give me my money back

This site sells Marijuana and other illegal items. The closest dispensary to me is 90 miles away and I am not in good health so I found their info on Face Book with a link to their site. At first they want a minimum of $200.00 + per order. I explained to this person that was to much to give somebody I dont know so he allowed me order half that amount and guaranteed delivery. Two days later I get a email from a company called pro freight forwarding stating they need a $400.00 covid-19 inspection fee so I told them to send it back. (my order was $110.00 total) he at no time stated anything about a extra inspection fee. I emailed marketdream710 for a refund and he stated he could not help it and would not refund my money when I stated he had a guarantee he went whatever. I had someone on another computer go to is site and this is what he told them. See image below of screen shots. I might not get my money back but we need to stop him from taking advantage of the older generation. So far he has used the name Denny Mellow on his site but on his face book page his name is Degow Abdi from Brooklyn, New York but states he ships from California on his site. Thank You
