Received a priority mail envelope with a cashier's check for $1380 and was congratulated for having been pre-qualified for taking part in a Neighborhood Research Secret Shopper program. This program is for evaluating Wal-Mart store services in the area ... buying $500 Wal-Mart gift cards, unsealing the pin numbers, taking pictures of the pin numbers and send the picture along with survey reports. Text in the letter reads, "Please send the pictures of your Wal-Mart receipt # and the Picture of scratch page on your Wal-Mart Gift Cards via text message to this Phone Number; [email protected]/ (402) 249-0274."

The bottom of the 7 paragraph letter reads:

"IMPORTANT! We need your total cooperation so please be sure you confirm your package has been delivered and your check has been deposited by sending a confirmation text message (Received and Processed) to the above phone number. You must also send confirmation of completed survey and transactions via text. Thank You for participating in our marketing evaluation, you are making a difference in tomorrows' economy! Sincerely, Task Manager, Mr. Steven Garlington."
