This is the second time I have received a email this year from " Norton by Symantec" saying they took $235.44 out of my bank acct to keep my subscription valid for a year. I have called the phone # provided both times and told them I was going to report them, the man on the phone had what I believe a thick Indian accent, he would not give me his name when I asked and I stated I was going to report this as fraud. He proceeded to tell me the money has already been deducted from my bank acct. And I needed to give him access to my phone to cancel the subscription. I said absolutely not, and I will be reporting this, he hung up on me. I checked my bank acct and no money had been withdrawn.
