Last week, I ordered a wheelchair online. He asked me to pay with Cashapp. I said I don't have Cashapp. Then he asked if I could get an Apple giftcard. I said I could. I went to Kroger and bought a $200 Apple gift card. Then Mark asked me to pay $300 more for shipping and insurance. I went into Walmart and bought one Apple giftcard for $200 and four Apple giftcards for $25. Then I was told the wheelchair was stopped at the Ohio border, and I needed to pay an additoinal $500 fee to get it across the border. He keeps pressuring me to get at least some of the money, and he would pay for some of it. He says I am not trying to get the money. I told him I was going to report him if I didn't get my money back. he says: "Wait, wait, wait, just give me the money" and "Just give me a week, and I will get your money" and "Allow me refund you and let's forget about the wheelchair". I told him if he was a business he would have a bank account. He also said the company was "finding it difficult to get the refund, please understand me, let's solve this issue please". He says he is "not a scam, and very much responsible and don't allow such things out there". I told my brother is a cop and he told me this is a scam, and he replied: "Oh my goodness, you see why we ned to proceed right, to prove them wrong".
