I purchased 6 pairs of shorts through a Facebook website. The shorts didn’t fit so I followed the company’s return guidelines. I should have followed my gut instincts on this return. The company seemed so reluctant to refund me. Took approximately 3 weeks of email communication to return the item. This company also wanted measurements of the length, inseam and hip size of the shorts and myself. I received an offer to give me 30% discount on future purchases and to keep the shorts. I did not take the offer and requested my refund. I was offered again 50% and again 75% discount for future purchases. I refused it and they finally gave me instructions where to mail back the package. Today, June 17, 2026, I received notification from USPS that MarkandHouston refused package and is being returned to sender.
